1. The product you require, such as a topographic map, digital rectified image, etc.

2. The required scale of the final product, such as 1"=20', 1"=40', etc.

3. For topographic maps, the contour interval, such as 1', 2', 5', etc.

4. The location and extents of the site to be surveyed. It would be most helpful if you could mark up the area on a suitable map, such as a Tax Assessor's map, a MapQuest.com map, etc., and fax or email it to us.

5. If ground control is required, who will be conducting the survey?
